Success Stories

This place changed my career. Without these people there’s no way I would be where I am today. I went from a Division III walk on throwing 83 miles an hour to now a power five D1 player at LSU throwing in the mid to upper 90s. They are the absolute best in the business. Not only is there equipment top-of-the-line but all the people care about you and legitimately want you to succeed. Every person that I’ve met that has used them as a resource has spoken positively. And I can’t think of them enough for their help the last five years!!

After my first year of working with BYoung, I was able I was able to gain on average 4 mph on my fastball. I also sent a new PR of 98mph. I would recommend BYoung to anyone looking to take the next step in their baseball career!

Brandon and his staff at BYoung have taken great care of my husband and my son. My husband worked to rehab a wrist injury and they were able to help him get back to full mobility.

I can’t say enough about their baseball program! Our son first started to see BYoung staff due to an injury that sidelined him from playing. After helping him heal from his injury he continued to work with the staff to change his mechanics to prevent further injury. From the 3D baseball analysis to doing daily work outs that allowed him to see increases in his max velo, Brandon and his staff were there to support him!

I highly recommend BYoung for not only baseball players but for anyone looking to overcome injuries or seek improvement in their sport. He and his staff care about the people they work with!

Brandon, Chris, and the whole staff at BYoung have been awesome to work with. The technology and expertise they provide is phenomenal. We started going to him for arm care and to increase Jaden’s velocity on the mound. He has hit is magic number at 90mph within 4 months, with the help of BYoung, and is looking forward to adding more! Great place and great people.

I wouldn’t be where I am today if it wasn’t for BYoung, they’ve helped me out so much when it comes to pitching and arm care. Will continue to recommend them to as many people as possible. The work they do as a whole staff is amazing. Very grateful for all the work they’ve done for me.

Brandon, Chris, Grant, Matt, Bobby, Doug, Conner [and] Joey are transforming my career as a high school pitcher trying to get recruited. They work as a team so well and everything flows well. I have been coming here for the last month and love coming in this place. They have got stronger in all aspects of my game I’m able to have all the tools to my disposal everyday…

They have expanded my knowledge of the eight cylinders of pitching and how the body and the arm works. If you love the grind, then this is the place for you. Hands down best place in the Triangle!

You will not find a better physical therapy/performance place than BYoung. Every staff member I have encountered at BYoung cares about the individual above all else. I cannot recommend this place enough for someone coming off of injury or trying to advance their career!
